How do I know if My Verizon order went through? ›

Once an order is complete, we'll send a receipt or order confirmation via email or text message. The service order confirmation will contain: A welcome video about your new service and, if applicable, the steps in your installation process. Your installation or activation date.

Consumer customers. Please log in to your My Verizon account to notify us of your choice to opt out. Your login will allow us to remember your choice when you log in on our site. We will also extend your opt out to our offline activities.

If this is your first purchase from Verizon or you don't have an account with us, contact us to see if we can cancel your order. Important: If your accessories are part of a trade-in order, canceling the accessories will cancel the entire trade-in.

Confirm your payment was received by signing in to My Verizon. If it's still not there, Contact Us with your receipt handy and we will investigate for you.

If there's no one at the delivery address specified on the order, an attempt will be made to contact you at the phone number entered when you placed your order. If no one is available to accept delivery after calling you, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

A GPS tracker receives a GPS signal and sends location information, along with other vehicle data, back to a fleet management system via cellular 3G, 4G LTE, CDMA or satellite networks. Using your vehicle tracking system, you can then monitor your fleet in near real time.

Does Verizon ship pre orders early? ›

Pre-orders ship when the device becomes available. You should receive a confirmation email that will include an estimated shipping date, but it may ship earlier if it becomes available sooner.

Only account owners or managers can pick up the order. Access the Verizon Pass through the My Verizon App, and scan it to authenticate at stores.

Go to the Pending account changes page in My Verizon to remove or cancel an order.

If you disconnect your Fios service while you are under contract, you may be charged an early termination fee. The early termination fee is prorated. As time passes, you'll pay less to terminate Fios service. Early termination fees can cost a maximum of $350 and decrease by $15 per month.

Since we bill in advance for certain services, when a customer disconnects service they may end up with a credit balance on their final bill. This credit balance will automatically be refunded if you don't owe any money on any Verizon accounts. This can take 60 days or more.

How long does it take to receive my credit for a trade-in? If you turn in your device at a Verizon store, you can get an instant appraisal and a credit while you wait. If you choose to trade-in online, expect your credit within 1-3 bill cycles after appraisal. Overall, the entire process generally takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Plug a working phone (not cordless) into the main phone socket (this is usually where the phone line enters your premises). See if you can make calls from it. If you can make calls, the fault is likely to be with one of your pieces of equipment.
